Per-seat stance on a two-sided post-game offer.

Both post-game offers (extending a finished single game into a series, and starting a rematch) need the same three-state answer from every seat, and a seat that answers twice must overwrite its previous answer rather than stack a second one — hence one shared enum instead of a pair of booleans.
